Location was great, rooms were clean, very eco-friendly. Comfortable beds and linens. Free wi-fi. It was a bit noisy but it stopped early every night.

Staff were wonderful. Location was great. The negatives were: the room was tiny; hot-cooling system could not be accessed ; and the place was undergoing renovations.

Staff really great and very helpful ...room quite small and dark though even after upgrade to roof room... location superb Bar was WAY too expensive... 8/9 euros for a glass of wine in Portugal is outrageous...

Incredible location

The location of the property was amazing. Walking distance to many must-see locations in Lisboa. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Cons: I tried to call the front desk from my room and the phone auto message was in German. We were in Portugal so that was weird and made the phone unusable. In the room, the whole bathroom is glass. Like someone could be in bed and watch their partner poop on the toilet and shower. That was super weird. There is a curtain to cover the glass but it's still a really weird setup.
