Everything is good here, all staffs are also very good.

The hotel is comfortable, the bathroom is quite large, near the hotel there is a bento which is quite cheap and tasty, the hotel breakfast is also very tasty.

Too small but very satisfying.

I was travelling for sightseeing of Japan. I like my stay in this hotel. Onsen was great, room & yukata is good. I wake up with the Fuji Highland view. Location is alright to me, walking distance to Fuji Highland & bus station. It’s one of my favorite hotel. Thanks for the hospitality.

It’s good for couples and small families. Their local breakfast was so good. The staff are friendly though they could not speak so much English. We did enjoy their in-house onsen

Impressed with the bedroom that woke up early with a view of Mount Fuji. There is a massage machine Peaceful nature onsen Drinking water and ice provided The beds are soft and warm. The room is clean. Breakfast is a set meal of Japanese food or breakfast. If coming here, will go back to stay again.

It's a small hotel but it really tidy and clean, the service was excellent. There's an onsen in the hotel and they have 2 kind of breakfast: Western and Japanese. The location is walkable from Fuji-Q station and there are good restaurants nearby.
