Nice stay. Within a big mall with lot of food and shopping options. Staff is very helpful.

Front desk was a bit overwhelming when checking in, I thought checking in in advance would make it go faster but overall nice staff, very accommodating and kept our baggage’s safe even after checking out. Check out was smooth and quick and room was decent for two people.

Além disso, a proximidade com o aeroporto Galeão foi um grande diferencial. Com certeza será minha primeira opção nas próximas visitas ao Rio!

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa! A localização é excelente, pertinho do Galeão e com fácil acesso de Uber. Estar dentro do Shopping Nova América fez toda a diferença — super prático, com várias opções de lazer e alimentação logo ali. Sem dúvidas, todas as vezes que eu vier ao Rio, o Íbis será minha escolha de hospedagem!

Convenient location, clean facilities

Excellent value. Next to a huge mall (Nova America) with an incredible food court and outdoor eatery under a canopy. Room on 17th was quiet and clean-- a little spartan but comfortable enough. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

New and modern hotel next to an amazing modern shopping center. Very good breakfast. 15 minutes from the GIG airport.

Satisfied for a short stay

It is as amazing staying at Ibis, location is safe . Across is the shopping center. Transport easy - Uber abd taxi availble . Breakfast has a wide variety. Room is clean, bed very comfortable!!

Nice place to visit

This is a very basic hotel. Had to wait over 10 minutes to check in and on departure it took some time for the employee to understand the request for the bill. The duvet cover was torn on the end and the mattress was very thin. Repairs observed to the shelf and standing water and no ventilation in the bathroom. The location next to the mall was good and it took only approximately 15 mins to get to the airport on a Sunday morning.
