The overall experience was pretty average for a chain brand. The air-condition was quite noisy - guests who are minded abt this detail, do take note. The buffet breakfast, whilst there was variety was very mediocre. The location was good, it being just 5 minute walk from the beach front/promenade. If you dont speak Spanish/Portuguese whilst visiting Brazil, the experience for tourists is very poor. So this will affect customer service. Thankfully, the check-in staff spoke decent English.
