This was my first time staying here. I will never again. Although it is new. That definitely doesn’t make it better. The doors slammed shut, instead of slowly closing. There was no bath tub. This was a third floor room, not an Accessible room. Plus no hot tub. For a hotel charging 3-400$ a night. I would expect better amenities. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety.

Airport Shuttle easy to find and use. Very clean transport shuttle and Driveer very friendly. The room was very clean and all amenities provided as requested. Breakfast was ok for a hotel .

I booked a room and cancelled it the same day not expecting not to get reimbursed, approximately $800.00. I have stayed there multiple times since they opened as I travel to Thunder Bay once a month. They would not honour the waiver expedia requested. They should be ashamed I will not step on the property again

The room was very tiny and crammed. The bathroom was massive though. Really nice bathroom. The rest of the room felt squished into one tiny space.

Searched Expedia for pet friendly hotels. Drive from Brandon Manitoba to Thunder bay only to find out no pets allowed. Had to scramble to find an alternative hotel last minute. Most hotels were out of pet friendly rooms. Late at night, had to stay in sub standard accommodations. Not impressed!

Staff were very helpful and nice, the room was great and gym downstairs was convenient

Pleasant stay..comfy and clean beds is what you need after a long hike..and we got it ..good continental breakfast
