The hotel is very satisfactory. Clean, airy, fully equipped. The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful. If I have the opportunity to go to Hue again, I will book this hotel again.

Nice and friendly staff. The room's refrigerator made a very loud noise that kept my friend from sleeping. Because I had food in the refrigerator, I couldn't take it out. Everything else was ok.

The room outside looks cuter than in the picture, clean and decorated quite cute. However, the reception hall has a slightly unpleasant smell, if this can be fixed, the experience will be perfect.

Small but fully equipped room, strong wifi, located right in the center.

The room still uses a key lock so opening the door is a bit difficult, I have to turn it many times to open it, there are few lights and yellow lights so it's not very bright, otherwise it's clean and convenient, the price is very reasonable

The owners are very enthusiastic and pleasant. The room is right in the center, very convenient for traveling and they rent motorbikes, so it's extremely convenient.

The sewer and pipes are disgusting, but the hotel doesn't know how to install them. It smells really bad. Every time I open the toilet to go to the bathroom, I feel haunted. The bedroom smells like urine, I don't know why. I can't stand it. The toilet is right at the head of the bed. My husband and I have to turn our heads away. Noisy, very noisy, extremely uncomfortable. A bad and tiring night.

The hotel is in an easy-to-travel location, environmentally friendly, has a view of the Huong River, the soundproofing is not good, everything else is ok 💖💖

Okay, my room didn't have a river view so it was a bit of a pity. Compared to a room with 1 double bed, the price is a bit high. The bathroom is cramped.

Clean, fully equipped, fast elevator, private hair dryer in each room, kettle, refrigerator, hot water machine, tea, coffee, mineral water. Fragrant shower gel and shampoo. Each room has 2 purple umbrellas. Regular room cleaning, 4 face towels and bath towels changed. The bedroom has 4 large, soft pillows. The hotel owner is friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful, showing good restaurants and directions. If I have the opportunity to go to Hue, I will definitely come back.
