As a solo female, I didn’t feel particularly safe as when I arrived I gained access with a qr code and my room key was just left on the side with someone else’s. There is also no deadbolt on the door and when the taxi driver told me not to go out at night, it wasn’t great. The room itself was compact but fine. Shower was nice, good pressure. Comfortable bed. Basic but nice breakfast.

The hotel itself was brilliant. The staff were so helpful before and during my stay. The room was clean, very spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a cold buffet of cake, pastries etc and set me up for the day. The hotel very helpfully warned me that it is not in the tourist part of Genoa, and I would not advise walking around this particular area and the area is noisy but the hotel provide earplugs. However, this is not the hotel’s fault and I got taxis to the hotel and then into Genoa and it was fine. I would stay here again.

Lovely overnight stay in an area just outside city centre by a few kilometres. Still easy to get to and had a local feel with many workers and families coming together under the arcades. Nice to have breakfast included in price. Would recommend the bed to any traveller!

The old man at the check-in kept us waiting for 20 minutes whilst he was putting our details in the computer (that he could easily do without us). The breakfast was alright, a lot of sweet options but from sour only cheese and salami.

Nothing fancy, but cheap, safe, good breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff!

The room was cleaned daily. AC was ok but started to drip water. The bathroom was spacious but the shower unit a bit small. Unfortunately my bathroom door got stuck. The bed was comfortable. The outside terrace was ok.

Parking outside the property, friendly staff. AC works well, beds are comfortable, big terrace with seating and chairs. Area seems a little sketchy at night, staff are friendly, nothing bad to say about the hotel, we enjoyed our stay there and would recomend.

The people were very courteous and professional. The persons at the front desk knew there business and readily available to provide advise in terms of transportation, calling a cab, etc. Very helpful. The small terrace is quite nice and quiet.

Hotel was nice but I didn’t care for the area. The staff was wonderful so if you need a base to explore other parts of the city I would recommend it.

I enjoyed a very pleasant stay with my two sons. They were very happy to have three twin beds in the room and a lot of electrical outlets! Breakfast was nice. Andrea, Salvatore and the staff in general, were very kind. We felt safe and protected. A home away form home.

Soggiorno molto piacevole all’Hotel Cantore. Staff davvero gentile e disponibile, bagno rinnovato e pulito, colazione buona. Inoltre, posizione ben collegata al centro: comodo per muoversi. Consigliato!

Das Zimmer war kompellt neu saniert, groß und ruhig mit einem tollen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Der zusätzlich gebuchte Parkplatz war ca. 3 Häuser weiter. Er war durch ein elektrisch zu öffnendes Tor absolut sicher. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Nachteil für Personen mit Gebehinderung: Um den Aufzug und die Rezeption zu erreichen müssen einige Stufen überwunden werden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle liegt praktisch vor der Türe.

Låg 3 km utanför stadskärnan. Lite ont om restauranger. Boendet var bra. Det ingick kontinental frukost. Mycket bakverk.
