Staff and facilities all good, breakfast really going down hill. I stay here for work average 3X per month for couple of years so I see the decline. This last stay the WORST. Pancake maker dead, oatmeal no longer made, you get packets to make yourself and most of all the disgusting “grey” sausages served are …..what? Older hotel next door rooms not as nice but you get a made to order breakfast…..time to rethink accommodations.

Quiet and safe hotel for family trip

For what we needed everything was great!

Beds were comfy, bathroom was small and had only the toilet and bathtub/shower. The sink was outside of the bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Staff were mostly friendly. Traffic noise from outside was pretty loud. The room temperature was 29 Celsius when we arrived and we quickly turned it down.

I stayed here often, and it was always very good. But this time the room floor was dirty (quite a bit of hairs and crumbs). Also the duvet had staines. At breakfast we saw that the pancake machine was sadly out of order, the scrambled eggs were soggy and there was mold in the juice cup. The price of a room went up quite a bit, but the property isn’t what it used to be. On a good note, as always the staff at reception were very nice and helpful.

Everyrhing was awesome! Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice continental breakfast with decent size sitting area and coffee 24 hours! I love that they have board games you can borrow!

We love staying there! It’s quiet and conveniently located. The staff treat you like family!

Breakfast was typical - the breakfast space had some games and things people could use and was bright. Despite our room facing a busy street, it was very quiet and the beds were comfy. Staff was awesome Hottub area was ok Theres a comedy club right across the street if youre there on a weekend
