Very clean room and building, breakfast buffet was fresh and had lots of variety! Shower was a little small and had a leak, but otherwise no compaints! Very good value, friendly and helpful staff, overall welcoming establishment! Thank you/Grazie!

Need a update on beds

I love the stay at hotel forum free breakfast was great . My only issue is the location was outside the city center it was a little difficult to get into the center on busy days traffic and the closest metro was a significant distance.. Staff was great also at night you had to enter behind the building very dark but was able to manage. If location is not a problem I highly recommend for Milan was good area with local restaurants .

Excellent servuce on staff and also free breakfast But if you want to explore milan this hotel locations is bit far and public transport hard in afternoon If you someone who drives that s ok Overall i love the atmosphere and clean rooms

Good place for a couple days stay.

The hotel was great and the staff was friendly, but the area around it did not have as much to do. There are only a handful of restaurants, but they were all good. It’s just a limited selection unless you Uber elsewhere.

Bed sheets were stained. Comforter was stained. No TV for two days

The internet has been consistently down from 12 to 6 pm for three consecutive days, greatly impacting my ability to participate in my Zoom meetings. Unfortunately, I had to cancel all of them after being repeatedly provided with false excuses, such as blaming the rain or someone needing to reset it. This issue of the internet shutting down occurs every day during the same time frame, providing an impression that management saves money. Additionally, the receptionist's attitude is indifferent and lacks a personal touch. Moreover, the breakfast consisting of only five items is of extremely poor quality.

Very poor maintenance of the property, toilet seat broken and reported but not replaced, broken safe reported and not repaired

Very quiet location. Nothing around though as far as restaurants. Out of the way but easy taxi trip to Milan. Very secure parking and hotel. Good value.

No service. Pathetic hotel. No people at the front desk

The hotel is located in the vicinity of downtown Milan. It is just a few minutes drive from the hotel.

Did not stay, after two room changes, we left. Smell of smoke through out the Hotel. WiFi did not work
