Upon check-in, the reception staff seemed a bit disorganized and unenthusiastic, even though it wasn't busy at the time. The room had a view of the bridge and harbor. There was still hair on the bed and on the towel when I checked in. The breakfast buffet was varied but not very good. There was no lifeguard service at the pool.

For 2.8 million VND for a Saturday night, I was met with no security guard directing me to parking. After searching in eight different directions, a security guard curtly asked, "Are you here to pick up a guest? Who gave you permission to park here?" He was referring to my car as a private vehicle. After I confirmed I was a guest, he simply told me to find a parking spot myself. The room was spacious and clean, but there was no hair conditioner, no minibar, and the staff were unfriendly. Compared to the quality of a 5-star hotel and the nearly 3 million VND per night, it was extremely disappointing for the amount of money spent.

The hotel's Building B is a bit old. When my family first arrived, we were surprised to find we had to move to Building B. We had a young child, and we arrived at midday but didn't receive a welcome drink. The 5-star hotel quality didn't live up to expectations. The swimming pool was also a bit dirty.

Our room on the 9th or 10th floor had a beautiful bay view; watching the fireworks from the window was amazing. The swimming pool had a bubble shower in the afternoon, which the children loved.

The hotel is okay, with a beautiful view, and the restaurant, pool, and other amenities are all good. The only issue is that the room I booked was stated to have a bathtub, but it didn't. Hotels should clearly state this information to avoid situations where they tell guests, "We cannot guarantee that 100% of our rooms will have a bathtub."

The hotel is located right on the bay, with beautiful views, and you can watch fireworks from your room. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast is varied. In the afternoon, the pool has a bubble jet, which children love.

Check-in time is 3 PM, but we had to wait until almost 4 PM to get a room. The pool is not a regular year-round pool.
