Excellent breakfast, staff very helpful Clean room

It was a great place to stay

there are quite a bit of shops and restaurant around the area but it is very far away from the station. There is no way i can walk there and bus is not frequent so i took taxi. Expensive but necessary if you need to go to this hotel. Other than that nth I can complaint about.

The hotel looked tired, but room was comfortable enogh and their service was not really bad. However, keep in mind that its location is completely off - centre. If you come in car, there would be no problem. On the other hand, I don't recommend this hotel if you use just regular airport shuttle bus and other public transportation.

The room may not have air conditioning, but the facilities of the room still have everything I need.

部屋の電気が1箇所切れてる所があったのと、お部屋は広く使い易かったけれどお風呂とトイレが一緒は良いのですが、狭いのが残念です

朝食メニューに名物の赤天やしじみ汁があって良かったです。 自販機が新券対応でなかったことが残念でした。

ローション　乳液が無いのは残念でした

客室も清潔でスタッフの対応も丁寧でした、朝の朝食バイキングはなんとご飯が仁田米、ほんとうに美味しかったです。 一つご提案ですが、連泊の場合タオルなどの交換不要の意思表示ができるとエコ化と思いました。

広い室内、出雲大社やJR出雲駅へのアクセスも便利で、 とても快適なホテルでした。 次回はまたここに泊まりたいです！

スタッフの対応が良かった

部屋もきれいでスタッフの方々の接客も良かったのですが、2点ほど残念な点が。 ・夕食が事前予約制だった（サイトに記載があったのかもしれないのですが、もう少しわかりやすくしてほしかった） ・素泊まりで予約して朝食を食べる場合、「先にフロントでチケット購入をしなければならない」という説明がチェックインの際になかった とはいえ、全体としての印象は良かったです。

しじみの味噌汁が食べることができて嬉しかったです。シャワー用入浴用の小さいタオルが用意されているのがとても便利でした。部屋はあたらしく清潔でした。

また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。
