ARC Arenales is a modern long-stay apartment complex, with a large room and a small kitchen if you want to make your own meals. House keeping is every few days, just right for such a long stay. The two issues * The internet was unusable. It was fast when it worked, but it kept dropping every few minutes, making even email or web browsing unusable. * There is a pool. but it's a tiny kiddie pool. Don't believe the pictures.

Very good location. It needs a little more maintenance and cleaning both in the common areas and in the rooms.

Needs better communication and customer service

The location of the hotel was perfect - not directly in the hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, but one street away and walkable to everything. The balcony was perfect! It was also very secure as we were buzzed in and out 24/7.

No 24hr front desk, it is not hotel and reminds me rental apartment. No easy access to sauna, gym. Pool is tiny. Houskeeping limited

Great value in lovely area.

The property was great, but I had an issue with one of the double beds. One of the beds had black mascara on the sheet and pillow. I’m not sure if the sheets were clean, which is a bit disturbing.

Excellent experience. Diego was very communicative since before our stay to provide information and facilitate a smooth check in process. The apartment suite was very clean and quiet.

Attentive office staff and security staff. Housekeeping was great also. Stayed 10 nights. Only comment was some mosquitoes were in the room as we slept and got bit several times. Also I wish the hotel rooms offered at least 2 outlets for U.S products. There was only 1 outlet for charging iPhones or other American products. Safe neighborhood area at night.

En general estuvo bien. Tardaron en reponer las toallas del cuarto. No limpiaron la habitación de forma adecuada.

Loved it, I totally recommend it!

Great location, good mattress and bedding. Dreadful pillows. The toilet seat needs updating. Everything else was just as advertised, or better. Great value.
