The pricing was among the most affordable for a London hostel, and the complimentary breakfast was a great, simple way to start the day. However, my overall stay was a mixed bag. The assigned 6-person dorm room was neither clean nor comfortable, largely because long-term guests had taken over half of the shared space with their personal belongings and luggage. Additionally, being assigned a top bunk as a taller, heavier traveler was quite a hassle. Location-wise, getting to central London takes nearly an hour by bus—which is the only budget-friendly transit option if you are traveling on a weaker currency, as the Tube can get quite expensive.
