Clean room. Great service. SUPER convenient for shopping at Costanera Center. Quaint and charming with wooden wardrobes and carpets and mattresses past their prime. Nestled in a residential neighborhood with free parking which makes it a STAND OUT destination for guests who want this. 5 star snobs will hate it, but seasoned travelers will appreciate its charm, location, and ambiance.

Lovely boutique hotel for a short stay. Had a wonderful 4 nights there. The staff there is absolutely fantastic people. They do go above and beyond to help you to make your stay a pleasurable stay. They cater to every detail that you request with a smile! The breakfast is very nice with all what you need for a quick start to your day of travel or work. Highly recommend this great hotel in the heart of Providencia district of Santiago. You won’t regret.

The stay was good , basically for the staff, are very friendly, but the hotel is a little old, need improvement , specially the A/C., the internet was excellent and the free breakfast was average.

Everything was outstanding. The staff was amazing in everyway possible. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and a huge shopping center. I had my best meat at the Teclado's restaurant. The salmon was cooked to perfection. I wish I had more time to try another dish. I really enjoyed my 3 days at this hotel.

Better breakfast

Rooms ending in 4 or 5 have the outdoor door next to the bedside (305 or 304), so any noise from the hallways is directly next to your head. The rest of the hotel is perfect for a couple of nights.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Although check-in didn't go as smoothly as hoped, as the room (Executive Double room, 1 King Bed and separate living room) we had booked was occupied and not available. Instead, we were put into a one room with queen bed with loveseat, and received a couple of complimentary cocktails for the inconvenience. The next day they did move us to the room we booked as pictured, but still disappointing we had to go through this for a 2 night stay. Our booked room was gorgeous, and very comfortable to just enjoy and relax in. Breakfast was lovely, and all staff were kind and helpful. A lovely and unique place.
