Cons: - The rooms are not very soundproof. - The elevator only goes up half a floor, so carrying large luggage is inconvenient. - It's located in a rather deep alley.

I've stayed here twice now. The staff are lovely, smiling, and welcoming. I like the location because it's not far from Nimman. There's always a shuttle service. This time I booked a room with a bathtub, but the hot water was very difficult to use because it's still a gas system (it might be my fault for not knowing how to use it, but that's okay. I was a bit disappointed because it took a while to adjust the temperature to my liking). I got on the 7th floor, which is the top floor. During the day, it was so hot that I had to go outside because the air conditioning couldn't handle it. 😂

Value for room rate ratio is good. Noise from aircrafts is always present. When you've booked the standard room you cannot get a higher floor than the second floor. Cleanliness is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The accommodation is located in the city, Nimmanhaemin Road, easy to travel. However, the parking lot is a bit small. If the hotel area is full, you have to park on the side of the road or outside. The room has complete facilities, Wi-Fi, good breakfast, hot rice soup, salad, bread and many other things. If you stay on the 2nd-3rd floor, you may hear the sound from below clearly.

The staff are very polite. I like that there is a golf cart to take you to Prasert Land. The room is very clean and beautiful, exactly as shown in the picture. I will stay again.

Everything is quite good, the service is satisfying, the location is close to everywhere, the rooms are clean and the lights are plenty and bright, me and my family are very satisfied. The only minus is that the water in the shower is very small. I really don't like it.

The room is clean. There are golf carts available 24 hours a day. Breakfast is delicious.

I'm not going anymore. I'm annoyed by the very loud noise next to the room. Stayed on the 6th floor, next to the VIP room, loud noise all night. No consideration. The hotel is not responsible. The hotel doesn't take care of me. I haven't gone. I've been staying for 4 years and this time it's ruined.

The room has ants and smells of cigarettes. The air conditioner is not cool. Have to move rooms in the middle of the night. Went to another room type, the next day while out traveling. It's almost noon. A hotel employee called to go back and move things because a customer had reserved this room. I feel very bad. But we confirm that we will not go back at all, without wasting time traveling. I want the hotel to think about solving problems and preparing better, not pushing the burden on customers. The accommodation is not suitable for the elderly. Because even though there is an elevator, you have to walk up and down the stairs between floors to get to your room.
