Overrated! Staff told me the air conditioner cannot cool room below 21°, and there are no fans available to, at least, circulate the air. Also, the WiFi won’t stay connected from room. It has kept dropping intermittently but consistently throughout my stay. Showed them screenshot video from my phone to demonstrate the issue. Staff says there’s nothing they can do about. What a mess. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully designed and has a modern atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience did not justify its premium price. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room did not work. Although I was eventually moved to another room, the situation was handled poorly. Instead of taking responsibility and focusing on a solution, the manager was rude and confrontational, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. There are also some questionable design choices. The bathroom is separated from the room by a glass wall with no practical way to ensure privacy. In addition, the bathroom lights turn on automatically, which can be very disruptive at night when one person uses the bathroom while the other is sleeping. Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations, especially in the shower area. Overall, it seemed that the property is not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel in this price category. Breakfast was inconsistent as well. At different times, various items were missing and were not replenished promptly. While the hotel certainly looks impressive, it was among the most expensive hotels in Vilnius and, in my opinion, does not offer value that matches its price. I expected a much higher level of service, maintenance, and attention to detail.

Perfectly located hotel in the Old Town. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions. If needed you could also get a Bolt taxi but we preferred to walk and enjoy beautiful Vilnius. There are many good restaurants and tasteful bars in the immediate vicinity. The staff were really helpful and the accommodation was very smart and clean.

This was my second stay in a week. My second room was smaller, and I was missing shower gel and shampoo, which was slightly annoying. The room was clean but had windows looking over the reception which I felt made it noisier.

Hotel was in the best possible spot to explore the old town. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent choice for us

Front desk staff were super helpful in orientation and suggestions for my stay. Also cleaning staff were friendly and courteous and did a great job on the room. Breakfast was generous and fresh, and the restaurant was also very tasty. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful boutique hotel. It's well located - just a couple of minutes' walk from Town Hall square where many of the free walking tours start and at the other end of the street lies Cathedral Square. It's about a 20 minute walk to the train & bus stations. We took a Bolt to & from the airport - around 7-9 euro so cheap & easy to use with the app. The hotel itself is lovely - you're greeted by a lovely scent (it reminded my fiancé of a spa smell) upon entering. We had a standard room but although I was prepared for a small room, ours was actually very spacious (maybe luck of the draw or due to gold VIP). It was modern, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with touch lighting, hairdryer, electronic safe, bathroom slippers etc. It was also really quiet & very comfortable so we slept really well. The bathroom was quite small but again well-equipped with a great shower - powerful, hot water & good-sized eye level alcoves in the shower for storing your own shower gel, face wash etc (although the hotel supplies shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). Free drinking water is supplied in the room but there is also bottled sparkling water & a minibar. Breakfast was very good given the small size of the hotel with hot & cold buffet food. The only thing I didn't like was that the orange juice tasted like diluting orange rather than a pure fruit juice. Staff were always friendly, helpful & super-efficient helping with directions, restaurant recommendations etc.

We had an amazing stay at the Artagonist Art Hotel. The design is exceptional, with unique artwork throughout the building that gives the hotel a distinctive character. Our room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and consistently professional. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions. A high-quality hotel with great service and a lot of charm. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Perfect location. Walkable to all attractaions and tour pick up meeting points. Breakfast was lovely. Vert clen. Bed was comfortable, gret shower pressure. Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
