The staffs are good. But the Onsen room at the top of building was not so good. The body wash equipment were not working.

Great quality of facility and staff with the price.

The hotel provides pick up at the station. Just make a call and they will reach the station in 3 minutes. Everything is very good. They even offer to fetch us to nearby supermarket. The dinner and breakfast portion are a lot and delicious.

Nice and clean hotel. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Have private onzen. Not far from station. Excellent staff. Will come back again.

妻の両親との旅行で2部屋を予約しましたが、両親の部屋はエアコンが煩過ぎてテレビの聞こえず、部屋を替えてもらったのですが、その部屋もリモコンの電池が切れたのかリモコンが使えず、テレビも消すにも本体でスイッチを切ってチェックアウト。散々な宿泊でした。

満足でした。お風呂も、最高でした。 ただ、露天風呂にはいりそこねたので、次回のお楽しみにしています。 また、来たいですね。

チェックインかチックアウトまで、申し分の無いサービスでした。夕食は食べれないほどの料理で、満腹でした。貸切の屋上風呂も良かった。

7階の展望露天風呂の貸し切りは凄くよかったです。 料理もおいしくて満足でした。 ただ、部屋の清掃が行き届いてないところがあったり、従業員の段取りが悪かったのは残念です。
