Our recent three-night stay at Sopra Le Mura in Castellammare del Golfo was once again an excellent experience and marked our second visit to this wonderful hotel. Having stayed previously, we returned with high expectations, and we are pleased to say the hotel delivered the same warmth, comfort and hospitality that we remembered. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and made to feel immediately at home. The standout feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff, who create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. In particular, Gabriella and Frederica deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. Both were consistently warm, professional, helpful and approachable throughout our visit. They always greeted us with a smile, took time to answer questions and were happy to assist with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. As returning visitors, it was especially nice to be recognised and welcomed back. Gabriella and Frederica provided excellent local recommendations and also helped us arrange a half-day boat excursion. This proved to be one of the highlights of our trip, giving us the opportunity to explore the stunning coastline and enjoy spectacular sea views. Our sea-view room was another highlight. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with everything required for a relaxing stay.

Great location in fun town

Extremely clean / all modern facilities/ excellent breakfast the hotel is situated on the top of the city walking distance to everything you need….. incredibile staff especially Tiziana ( full of knowledge and spoke English made several recommendations that were great) street parking is available near the port about 10 min walk. I can’t wait to stay here again. I highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel in a good location. However, the room was the smallest room I have ever been in. Absolutely no room in the bathroom. They even had our towels on the bed. There was not room for 2 suitcases. Only one person could be walking around at a time. Very disappointing. And parking was a huge issue. But otherwise, a good stay

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location. Lots of stuff within walking distance. The only downfall, to me, was that there are no windows to be opened and the room was very warm. But this is to me. For others it may be fine. It stayed right at 21 Celsius.

Excellent space. Finding somewhere to eat in the off season was difficult and disappointing.

Bonjour, Nous avons été bien heureux de l'endroit. Le personnel est très gentil et très coopératif. Une seule chose : au petit déjeuner il y avait beaucoup de desserts, ce que nous ne mangeons pas. Nous aurions aimé plus de pain et de fromages locaux. Mais c"est un détail....

A lovely hotel in the center of the town. Easy to walk to delicious seafood restaurants. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

Wonderful hotel in a superb location right in the centre of town, with easy access to everything, but without lots of noise. A peaceful place with excellent service - Roberta at reception was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Good breakfast selection too. Very clean rooms. Photos dont do the hotel justice.
