After missing the last bus and a 30+ minute walk from the station, relaxing a hotel never felt so good. In terms of design, it looked like an older hotel. It was clean and suited my needs. I booked a non-smoking room and the staff did their best to get rid of the smoke smell. However, it was still there after my last night but it didn’t bother me.

The staff was friendly. The room had everything we needed. However, things were very old, stained, ripped. The price was great.

Although it is not the most luxurious and well-equipped hotel in town, you will feel cozy and warm inside. The internet is super fast. You log in to the internet through the TV, what an advanced technological arrangement. The restaurant is on 10/F, where you'll take your breakfast. The outlook is spectacular. In 6-minute walk, you'll get to the 24-hour Maxvalu Supermarket. So convenient. Another plus: there is mini bus just outside the entrance directly to Aso KMJ Airport.

Very very small room but the value was great. Walkable to sites in the town. Staff was helpful with the help of google translate. The restaurant had great ramen.

Pretty basic hotel. There was nothing wrong with the room, other than it could use an update. The carpets are worn and stained. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The room was small but typical of inexpensive Japanese hotels. It had a nice breakfast and the staff did their best to be helpful.

Nice hotel in friendly town next to shopping mall, good for business people.

Everything was fine. We arrived late so we didn't have a chance to enough much the room and the surrounding areas.

駐車場が使えなかった。予約時にわかっていれば予約しなかった。トイレが水漏れしていた。残念です。

駐車場案内を分かりやすくしてほしいです。

設備が古いです

１階駐車場がめちゃめちゃ狭く、運転に自信のある私も、何べんも切り返しやっと止めました。

もう数回宿泊していますが、今回の部屋はかなりきれいでした。
