We stayed for 2 nights to climb Rishiri dake. It is more like a hotel than a pension. Staff is casual and polite correspondence. Dinner was delicious both for dinner and breakfast. The washing machine was available for free.

Perhaps just renovated so it was new and very clean room. Stuff were kind good quality food and even offer a star watching tour at night that was awesome. It is surrounded by trees in the back so watch out for the small bugs if u care.
