Clean and old. Amenities were lacking.

The Rooms were cozy with actual Heritage touch in every corner. Cleanliness and hygiene is up to the mark. Food was amazing with plenty of variety and cultural cuisines as well. Staff is very welcoming and helpful; they greet whenever they see you. What a Heritage it is and well maintained. FYI the fort looks magical in Night.

Our 2-night stay at Neemrana Fort Palace was truly unforgettable! 😊 The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the courteous staff who made us feel like royalty. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolute delights, with a wide range of options to choose from! But the real star of the show was the fort itself! Every corner, every nook, every cramp tells a story of its rich history. The scenic beauty is simply breathtaking, making it a photographer's paradise. We spent hours capturing the perfect shot, soaking in the grandeur of this majestic palace. A big thank you to the team at Neemrana Fort Palace for making our stay so special. Neemrana is beautifully resorted Fort that now a majestic Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was well appointed. The staff was attentive. We enjoyed our SPA experience with knowledgeable and delightful staff. The breakfast and dinners were plentiful and delicious. The evening entertainment was a wonderful experience as well!

Not very much up to the standards for the amount of money

The staff was very nice. Very unique atmosphere. If you have any mobility issues, this is not the place for you.

The stay was great! They had created an amazing itinerary that kept us busy and engaged. The food was also very nice. We were travelling with a child and the bed was big enough for 3 people. We definitely plan on going there again. The walk to the amenities in the property is a little steep, so would recommend people visiting to be prepared for stairs and walking at the hotel. But all in all - a very unique and wonderful experience!

Beautiful fort palace All rooms have modern amenities Service is excellent They had walking tour, High Tea, evening cultural program and yoga in morning all included. Definitely worth it for visit The only drawback is uber does not come here so you have to book local taxi. We booked a local taxi to Delhi airport which was around Rs.3500.

Just wow !! Stay was great, hospitality was awesome. Dining had plenty of options in breakfast and dinner. High tea was amazing. They have qawalli session at 7 which adds to the experience.

Noises throughout the stay due to some construction happening, during checkout no one came for getting the bags even after 45min of waiting & 3 reminders. Did self checkout & luggage pick as their was no response from anyone at the property and during exit instead of apologising they are cross questioning & explaining checkout procedures no thanks, pathetic service.

Worth visiting and holidaying

It’s certainly an experience to stay here. It’s very close to the main road from Jaipur to Delhi so a good place to stop at on the way, we stayed 2 nights but apparently most people only stay 1. On arrival some confusion with bags and what’s happening but once we reached reception all was quickly sorted and our bags were carried up the steep steps to reach our room. We had a small suite which was great, very clean, comfortable bed, kettle, fridge, bottles if drinking water do all good. No Tv but you don’t need one as the views and wandering around the fort keeps you busy plus 2 swimming pools, the top one only for adults. The Wi-Fi is a bit intermittent but it’s fine. There is a bar and restaurant separate from the main restaurant where buffet meals are served. Drink prices were comparable to UK prices and poor beer selection like most of India but food was good, good buffet at breakfast and staff were very helpful. We loved wandering around, up and down stairs through sloping passageways to a new vista or an area with seating. The highlight for us was the walking tour the reception arranged for us with Baloo a local guide, we went to the stepwell that’s a15 minute walk away and wandered through Neemrana village chatting to some locals and seeing the potter, the blacksmith, the silversmith and I got a haircut at the barbers, my wife bought a beautiful silver bangle in the village at very good price. If you have time ask reception for the walking tour it was fab.
