Good location good hotel

The place is well-planned and very convenient for everywhere. Breakfast included serves very nice meals and drinks there. Further, please do try the Chinese restaurant located at 37 floor and enjoy the boundless swimming pool and fancy gym facilities at 35 floor. Last but not least, I really like the hotel service. The hotel kindly extended our check-out time.

Service! Service! Service! First class! Located in a traveler friendly neighborhood, safe and convenient. Easy to reach the major tourist attraction-West Lake; as well as the transportation centers. Local cuisine is delicious. The famous Chinese silk products are readily available. Only a short distance ride to the international airport.

The room was big, we love the gym and restaurant on 48th floor. Food was excellent! Perfect for our staycation!

Nice room and comfy. Staff friendly. Chinese restaurant ssrves good food. However, lobby lounge’s lady singer is disappointing. Bad attitude.

We were impressed once we stepped out of the taxi. The team at the driveway are so helpful. And the design of the arrival experience to the lobby is a hit on our senses, sets the tone on what to expect of our next few nights here. Check-in was smooth and the room is simply fabulous. Very spacious, very comfortable. Love the room design. Thomas at the concierge is definitely to be commended. He gives us various options of things to do for the next few days, answers our questions patiently and gives us his full attention while attending to us. He even remembers our pickup times without needing to check when we are unsure the next day! The team at the Park Hyatt Hangzhou really makes our few days memorable.

This Park Hyatt location was newly opened last year. Facilities are very new and luxurious as always with Park Hyatt hotels. Location is not ideal for tourists as it's located in the financial district and slightly far from attractions. Most taxi drivers decline to drive there, making it very difficult to get back.

This is the best hotel I stayed. Very big room with great amenities. The hotel is not 100% done yet. I'm sure the guest's experience will be better after all the amenities are ready for the guest to enjoy with.

Everything was fine with it but the construction noise outside was abit of a shame as it made noise and dust in the area

The staff at swimming pool who was lighting the candle around the pool was very poor attitude. She literally bang the door of each candle holder and made so much noise to a point I need to leave the pool. I think that's what she wanted to do. To get rid of all the guests at pool. I did not expect such level of service at park hyatt at all.
