Sadly my stay at Moxy was very bad because there were bed bugs. I woke up atleast 3 times across the night because of the bugs. There was no eggs served at the time of breakfast. Waited for nearly 12 minutes and finally gave up and had what ever was available.

Airport hotel for early flights

Good hotel always consistent

Room was roasting 28degc. Air con unit was disabled, couldn’t get to sleep and had to leave early as it was unbearable even with window open. It wasn’t even 10 degc outside so they can’t blame the hot weather

Clean and comfortable

Great hotel, very relaxed and suited our children with pool and other games downstairs. Liked the bar and food offering, especially when we arrived late and still needed dinner. Bedrooms were comfortable - would stay again. Only one issue - TV surround in room 505 fell off the wall on arrival. Thankfully no one hurt but could have been much more serious. Staff moved us to a new room quickly but hope this is fixed so no risk of it happening again.

Excellent hotel and staff

Couldn’t get a parking spot but was still charged £5 for parking. No hot water in shower- Luke warm. Breakfast was disaster, no plates, cutlery, cups. Staff were slow to serve and stock up.
