Amazing hotel in Lille city center. Great staff, comfortable and well furnished rooms, free espresso in the room, convenient to everything. Highly Recommended

Great location and friendly staff

A fantastic hotel, in the perfect location. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, and the service from staff was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant on our Gina night and it was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic location. Lovely hotel, very comfy bed and pillows. The only downfall I have is the maid service was a bit slack, they literally made the bed and emptied the bin. Didn’t clean the cups, restock tea and coffee or just give it a general tidy so that was a little disappointing but otherwise I cannot fault it.

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, lovely executive room with deep bath. Fridge TV and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was quite limited with a tasty selection of bread and cheeses but the hot food options were not very nice. We would stay there again if travelling to Lille.

Really nice and well situated hotel in the heart of Lille. Public car park underground ,Opera , is metres away. Choice of 2 restaurants in the hotel. Nice staff , helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

The hotel was well located and we were allocated a quiet room. Alexander was great to step in when there was issues when a couple of minor issues arises. Suggestion for hotel to improve their room cleaning service.

Great, clean, free sodas and espresso machine was a wonderful touch. Breakfast is rich. Well located.

Lovely large room, great bath, helpful staff, lift area a little tired looking Great location, we walked from the station. 10 minutes, great for shopping in Lille Breakfast was good, buffet style everything you need, tea was terrible though so if you are English take some tea bags!

We were disappointed with our stay overall and didn't feel this was a four-star hotel. We received emails in advance welcoming us and we completed the necessary information ahead of arrival and check-in. We also received an email inviting us to book their restaurant for dinner, which we did and were really looking forward to it. On arrival we were informed that the restaurant would be closed all weekend, even though we received an email from the hotel and booked a table through their link. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but there were no slippers and it wasn't very soundproof, so we could hear the street noise. The breakfast on our first morning was very good with a lot of choice but they ran out of a few food choices on our second morning, even yoghurt, which was surprising and again disappointing. Most the staff members were friendly and helpful and were doing their best during difficult moments like the food running out, but some didn't seem very well trained or knowledgeable. The lobby, bar and outdoor courtyard were comfortable areas to relax. The hotel's location was a conveniently short walk to/from the Eurostar station. Despite a few positives we probably wouldn't stay here again and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to our friends.

Outstanding property. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

This is a lovely hotel, right in the centre of the city. The rooms seemed a little small, but for the price, more than fair. The staff are really fantastic and the bar and restaurant were great too.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Location perfect for walking around Lille. Overall a great experience

Great location, nice staff, very clean

Nice hotel and good location - very poor room - apparently 2 comfort rooms are designed for reduced mobility guests - located on ground floor next to internal courtyard- no view, small space, bathroom / wet room had poor drainage - not good
