Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was not my favourite meal, overcooked egg and bacon. But next day requested it to be cooked how we like it, and they did. Parking was excellent and the rooms were very clean. The Wall lights by the bed need attention, bulbs not working. Was not worth askin g for them to be replaced at the time.

Having stayed here before I chose to use the same hotel again as it meets all my needs, has parking, friendly staff and is very clean. Highly recommend

Stayed in the apartment at the rear of the property. What a great self contained area this was. Room was spotless and very well maintained. All staff from check in, bar and at breakfast were exceptional. Breakfast was included and was great and they are happy to adjust anything on the menu to suit. We had our dog with us and she was most welcome in the hotel too for a £10 a night supplement.

Excellent accommodation. Travelled with pets, sharing the pet charge is £10/pet per night payable on checkout.

Clean and comfy room. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pub quiz was fun. Hotel in a good central location with plenty of parking. We visited Brewdog for a tasting tour 25min walk from Hotel.

Lovely stay in all respects

Excellent. Stayed over on Sunday night after Ellon Folk club as I wanted to do a long distance walk on Monday. Next time I will finish a walk and recover at The New Inn.

Great Hotel, only one issue was my room was like an ice box. I alerted staff and offered a solution. Hopefully there will be something in place for my next visit. This is the only reason for the 4 stars or would be 5. Food was outstanding both dinner and breakfast. Would definitely give this another go as overall was a very nice hotel
