Great location near the shops, stores, and central areas. The front staff was great in helping us schedule a taxi to the airport at 5am.

Good for a night. We stayed there for only one night waiting for our flight. For the price and what they offered it was perfect.

well located hotel in the centre of Bariloche

Easy check-in/check-out. Very close to the bus stop in the city center and bars/restaurants. The complimentary continental breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great stay, central

room was tiny, and location very noisy at night. beds had a slope and we felt like we were falling off them all night long. clean, staff very helpful, convenient access to everything in town.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es muy limpio y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño. Tuvimos problemas con el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. El día que dejamos el hotel, solicitamos en la recepción que nos programaran un taxi remise para ir al aeropuerto y nunca llegó, desgraciadamente el joven de la recepción no pudo conseguirnos otro medio de transporte, eran las 4 am y tuvimos que salir a la calle cargando las maletas, nos topamos con muchos borrachos en la calle, el taxista que nos hizo el favor de recogernos nos comentó que era muy peligroso estar a esas horas en la calle

Todos los servicios excelentes...atención inmejorable.. Higiene muy buena...desayunos muy buenos...simpatía y disposición a colaborar con los pasajeros excelente. Muchas gracias Recomendable 100 por ciento

A única qualidade do hotel é a localização. Quarto pequeno. Banheiro sem box separando a área de banho. Ao tomar banho, o chão do banheiro inteiro fica cheio de água. Ao invés de resolverem, deixam um rodo para você se virar. Café da manhã péssimo. Não há opções salgadas, poucas frutas e os biscoitos e o café é horrível. Há melhores opções com o mesmo preço em Bariloche.

The only complaint was it said it has air conditioning and it didn’t. Had to open windows and the noise of the street is terrible.

Great location! You can walk to restaurants, shopping, and tour groups will pick you up from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful! A lot of the staff we spoke to knew English or was patient with our limited Spanish. The breakfast buffet was really good, although I do wish it opened a little earlier. We had early tours a bunch of days and did not get a lot of time to eat before we left. The room was very comfortable and clean, although maybe a bit worn looking in some areas. The heat wouldn't turn off in our room which made it uncomfortably warm at night. Our room was on the second floor and the noise from the street outside was too loud for us to keep the windows open. The Wi-Fi was out when we first arrived, but it was fixed quickly and worked well the rest of our trip. The hotel stored our bags after we checked out as we had an evening flight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it!
