The room cleanliness was Okay, but the iron table was super dusty that I decided not to iron. The kitchen doesn’t have kettle and the utensils were incomplete and very limited. This is more like an average airbnb not a hotel. There is no front desk and there was no communication before the day of check in (typically many places that they don’t have front desk msg you ahead of time with instructions, for this case even when I contacted them they told me I have to wait for the day of check in).

We had a wonderful stay! The place is in the heart of the old city, well located just around the corner from the Cathedral. We were a group of three adults and fit nicely into the place, two in the upstairs room and one on the fold-out bed downstairs. In the specific apartment we stayed in there was a narrow little mini-spiral staircase between the two floors that we found charming and fun, but perhaps worth noting in case you have mobility issues. The kitchenette worked perfectly for us, and the bathroom/shower was well arranged. Fantastic place for a stay in old-town Toledo, we'd recommend it highly!

Great location except for parking. Please include parking options in the description to avoid trouble. Otherwise a great option right in the core of Toledo medieval quarter.

Our originally scheduled room had a hot water heater problem and we were moved to another building. They met us at the original building and walked us to the new apartment. Showed us how to used everything including th heat. We should have listened to them. Not knowing it would be so cold, we told them that we would set the heat when we returned. At night, in the cold, it took a long time to warm up.

The property was at a perfect location, it was close to everything and I had no problem finding it.

Toledo was amazing, probably the best small town I have ever visited in the world. Toledo AP is awesome, very clean and organized. The owner is very kind, friendly and helpful.

A It is good place to stay. The only problem was Wi-Fi that did not work inside the room, only outside.

Plus is great location. Space a bit cramped but better than a hotel room. Bed was good. Note: this is not a hotel! Negatives far outweigh positives. Crazy narrow stairs. Far from parking. Very stinky bathroom with no overhead shower (just an attached hand wand at waist level). Mold in shower. Geez.

Toledo Apartments are many. Be careful when rebooking as you may find yourself at another apartment. I made this mistake. The first one on Calle Sal 3 was excellent with coffee maker, complimentary breads, etc. It had an upstairs bedroom like this photo; When I rebooked I found myself in Calle de Sixto Ramon Parro II. What a difference. Small Studio - no kettle for boiling water, no frying pan. Check the addresses.

Great Location. Very clean. Owner’s representative was waiting for us. Since washing machine didn’t work they washed all our clothes for us.. loved the apartment.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We stayed in the lower units, due to larger bed, but if you don’t need that, I’d go for the higher unit, so you have the terrace access. Host was very prompt and polite. We really wished we’d planned to stay longer, but only had one night to spend. The stairs weren’t bad at all. I hope we can return someday. Thank you!!

This place was amazing. It seems they just have 2 apartments. We stayed in the upper unit with great views. It was in a perfect location - very close to the cathedral. It has a washing machine (which we didn't realize ahead of time). Our host contacted us ahead of time and quickly responded to our texts. I should also note that getting up to our apartment involved climbing 3 flights of steep stairs - so it would not work for everyone.

Great place to stay in Toledo! Our host was very nice and friendly, and the location was excellent! Would definitely stay here again if ever in Toledo.

This place is gold. Might look a little bit strange at the beginning but it's amazing. safe, nice location, nice view, Raquel is amazing, in the center of the action and Toledo is very beautiful. It really exceeded our expectations.
