Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere

Great room that was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were great and super friendly supplied extra tea milk and water when needed.

The room was excellent. However when we arrived there wasn’t anyone to greet or acknowledge our arrival.

Lead, and comfy room with attention to detail

Visiting my daughter at Uni. Ideally located for easy transport inyo the center of Bristol. Booked a double room here which I must say for the very reasonably price was excellent. Bedroom and bathroom were easily as good as any of the branded hotels. Had dinnef with my daughter here which was very good and again reasonably priced. Guiness was pretty good too probably the best zi e had in Bristol. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were easy. Parked on site with no issues. All in all ideal would recommended and will definitely stay again onmmy next visit.

Staff courteous and helpful, room was well designed, clean and comfortable. Parking was also easy.

The room was definitely not 4 star quality, at best this was equivalent to Travelodge. The towel hanger also was lose and hit me in the head while showering in the morning. It was a steel rod so it hit hard, if it was an old lady, it could have caused fatal damage
