We have stayed before at Hotel Lemon before. It is clean, fresh and has friendly staff. Helena is always very kind and helpful. She is always approachable and willing to assist with any queries. There is a lovely tranquil garden to sit in and relax! Would strongly recommend this hotel as very comfortable, relaxing and good value.

Lovely staff, charming hotel, convenient for station and town centre

Room is clean but small and basic. Location is very close to the train station but a little far from the old city. The staff at the reception is friendly but not speaking English.

We love this hotel and it's setting plus surrounding. Quiet and nice. We did not know there is no kettle, tea or coffee which isn't convenient. All good and very nice staff too.

Beautiful traditional French building in great location with lovely garden

The Classic room was large and the bed was very comfy. The hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodated our needs. The location was extremely convenient for us. Best the train and a straight shot to the beach.

Cheap and cheerful. Incredible location. Stunning view of the Alls from my window. A few minutes to the beach and to the train station if you’d like to go to Monaco, Italy, other parts of France. Bed was comfortable. Saw staff only briefly at check in and never again. Not overly friendly. Clean but not the most updated. Could use a refresh. Location is the premier feature.

I stayed 3 nights with my family. Nice property with basics. Clean room and bathroom. Easy access to public transport. Very near to Menton’s train station, hence, can be bit noisy in night time. Staff is really helpful and accommodating. I liked the idea of express breakfast option for €3 ( a drink and a croissant) if you are in rush.

Good budget accomodation. No fridge. TV didn’t work. But clean and in a central location. School next door so there was a little noise during the day, but it wasn’t too bad. Not good if you don’t like stairs as there is no lift.

Great location and friendly staff

I had such a lovely 5 day stay at Hotel Lemon. Louis was so kind and welcoming, and the whole place has a really relaxed, friendly vibe. My room was simple but spotless and comfortable. I had le petit déjeuner in the garden full of lemon trees—it felt very peaceful. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach and the old town, but still quiet enough to really unwind. It’s a little hidden gem that made my time in Menton even more special. J’y retournerai un jour!

Excellent staff, very welcoming

Very friendly and welcoming reception/proprietors who speak a few languages. This charming Victorian era style hotel situated near Menton station, was a joy to stay in. We were fortunate to be given the largest ground floor bedroom with wet room style bathroom ( for guests with access needs). Beautifully decorated and very clean, comfortable room. Air conditioning which was great as it was over 35 degrees most days! We didn’t book breakfast but should you wish to, you need to give staff 24 hours notice. Will definitely visit again.

Super convenient for those travelling by train. Just take the elevator down to the strwet below, and you are almost there! Bed was comfy, economy room was spacious. Just fine for a short, budget stay.

This was the cutest hotel! The location is conveniently located close to the train and restaurants and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and a perfect way to start our day. We were in the family suite with our toddler and they provided us a crib and the room had more than enough room for us 3 to move around comfortably! Highly recommend!

It’s 2 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the Main Street. Very convenient.

Very good very nice

Great location, just a couple mins walk from train station. Large room with a large, new, modern wetroom. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Cute garden to sit and eat in. Breakfast was very good, and a great price at 10 euro pp.
