The staff is friendly and helpful. The decor is unique and fun. I enjoyed my stay, and felt safe and comfortable throughout the several days I was there.

Was fine! “The signature” room that I got still felt very small. Generally quite a small hotel- everything felt a little cramped, but charming enough!

Ideal location for Royal Albert Hall, 12 min walk.

The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues.

What an incredibly unique hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We arrived early for a bag drop, but our room was available for check-in. We were escorted through the venue and facilities were explained to us. Their service made a lasting impression, and I'd happily recommend staying here. The room had good lighting options (natural and electric), and the bed was very comfortable. Facilities for tea and coffee are available and stocked in-room. The shower was a touch on the compact side, but didn't hinder it's use. Large mirror was useful for both of us to use the space at the same time. There was free WiFi and a TV in the room too.

Hidden gem in a fabulous location with welcoming staff! With its unique decor, clean and cosy room and access to all Kensington has to offer I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The lovely guy on reception helped me with my bag across the busy road to get to my taxi, so thoughtful!

Unique high end accommodations in a whimsically warm welcoming environment; amazing staff, location is first rate for all attractions and public transportation. A must if you’re staying in Kensington area. Suite accommodated ourselves and our three adult children better than we could have imagined. Cocktails in the bar are top notch.

Really unique small hotel in Kensington. Fabulous decor. Lovely clean & comfortable compact and beju room with everything you need. We had a front room by the busy road which was a little noisy as London doesn't sleep, but it was fine. Nice shower & Penhaligons toiletries.

Staff are very friendly ， excellent location. The only downside is the building is very old, the stairs are very narrow and steep, not lit well. Have to be very carrfy
