My Points

Check out was 10am and wasn't communicated properly.  Each additional hour was $15 and they even charged for tv.  

Great location for a quick stop near Mt Fuji. Rooms are comfortable and quiet.

富士急ハイランドで遊ぶために滞在しました。フロントの方も親切で丁寧な対応をしてくれました。部屋も清潔感があってよかったです。富士急まで歩いて行けるところもよかったです。

客室はきれいで悪くはないです。
ただ従業員の態度は悪いです。
朝食は予約が無いと取れないですがいつまでに予約しなければいけないとか
その説明は一切ありません。
最低限の説明はしてほしいですね。

It takes 8-10 walk from the hotel to Fuji Q. 
The hotel staff is very helpful. We got a full view of Mt Fuji from our room.
