A lovely, intimate hotel just a minute walk from the canal and a couple of minutes from the centre of the town. The room was comfortable and extremely well priced, but the main reason to love this place is the friendliness of the staff. The owner greeted you when you arrived and was always happy to give recommendations and tips for what to do with your day. As he was a proper beer enthusiast, you never were in doubt of where to get a good drink. He offered a delicious selection for breakfast every morning too. As the hotel only has three rooms, everyone staying there would end up sitting around the breakfast table chatting, which made for a fantastic start to the day. Tripel B is a real gem in Bruges.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. Not only is the B&B clean, comfortable and close to the heart of the city. The owner Lander is one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. He allowed us to check in early, as after being awake since 3am with barely any sleep and an early flight, we needed to freshen up and relax. Upon arrival, he made us a very welcome coffee and sat with us talking about the attractions of the city, where is best to eat, visit etc. He loves his history and is very knowledgeable of his much loved Home city, Bruges. We attended a tour in which he lead on the Sunday and learnt so much, things that we wouldn’t have ever noticed, he pointed out and explained the history behind it. We aren’t big fans of history usually but we were genuinely mesmerised by the things he told us. Breakfast is lovely with a selection of cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereals, yogurts. Oh and do have a poached egg, they were delicious and it means he can have one too haha! He makes you feel very welcome, it’s like a home from home. We would not hesitate to stay here again and are considering it in the summer. Thanks again Lander, keep up the amazing work!

Tripel B is a fantastic place for a long weekend to explore Bruges. The location is ideal on a quiet street very close to the centre of Bruges and the room was exactly what we were after. Lander greeted us with a beer on arrival and goes out of his way to ensure you have lots of tips and tricks to enjoy Bruges. He is a "Legends of Bruges" free walking tour guide (which was well worth doing - and as we were a small group we even managed to detour and have a drink at one of the towns brewerys!) so knows all there is to know about the local area. He also takes the time to get to know his guests and made extra effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary equipment (hairdryer etc). The local bars, restaurants and shops are only a couple of minutes walk away so the location couldn't have been better for what we wanted. I'd definitely recommend Tripel B and Lander to anyone visiting Bruges. Well worth a visit!

Made very welcome by Landers, the owner. Room was comfortable and had every we needed for a couple of days in beautiful Bruges. Breakfast was good and tasty and Landers was a great host. Only slight negative was the very steep stairs to our room however obviously not something that can be changed in an old house. would definitely stay again!

We were in contact with Lander (the owner of Tripel B) prior to our trip to organise details and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was there to greet us on arrival and we were able to get some great advice about the best place to go and tours to take over a (really delicious) beer! The room was comfortable, clean and looked simple but great. Big window to keep the room cool and through which you can hear the bells from the Belfort! Breakfast is simple but appetising with pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, breads, cheese and ham available. Lander will make eggs for any that want them. All in all a fantastic stay at a very comfortable hotel. Would definitely visit again!
