Great location and friendly staff. Easy to get the tram to down town as well. The breakfast was fantastic!! We would definitely go again.

Hotel looked good but front desk were not very helpful and quite abrupt. Would not allow check in when we arrived 20 min before check in time even though room was ready, had to wait in lobby. Requested one hour later check out, which we had to pay extra for. Were locked out of the room as system deactivated the key card before the check out time. Had to go back down to reception for another key. No apology. Room clean but poor drainage in tub and sink.

We have had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the bad and pillows are comfortable. The room and a bathroom were very clean and did not have, like often time hotels have, a musty hotel smell. The hotel is conveniently located to the publics transport and it took about 15 min. to get to the Vienna city center from there. The breakfast was amazing! Variety of choices and the menu slightly changes on the daily basis. If we ever back to Vienna, I will definitely staying in this hotel again.

Located in beautiful part of Vienna, very close to tram stop and metro

We enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue. The hotel is a little run down in places but certainly did not spoil our stay. Our room had some large stains on the carpet and bed but the linen was clean and the bed comfy. The shower jets were a little blocked but there was still enough power for a decent shower. The breakfast was the real highlight of our stay. There was a great choice and it was particularly nice that they had champagne that you could help yourself to. The fruit was really good especially the pineapple and melon. Location was easy for getting on the main D tram that takes you up to all the main sites. There was a bar in the hotel but apart from at breakfast we never noticed it being open which was a shame but there is a large Billa supermarket over the road that you can get your drinks from and take them back and store them in your minifridge in your room.

Great location and hotel was perfect. Yea a little dated, but good dated as it has so much Character, along with a nice cosy homely feel to it. Loved it. Breakfast was good with plenty options

Great hotel with great service

Cleanliness was great. Near to public transportation and eateries. Lobby had attractive antique seating and design, but seating was well worn. Check in was slow. breakfast buffet was delicious, but very crowded. Impeccable cleanliness.

The old staff at reception was asking about 10 Euro for late checkout i was checking out at 12. Check out time was 11 . I stayed in various hotel 1 hour is quiet managable nobody ever ask for the money for 1 hr. Late checkout is consider if you are staying 3-4 hours over the time of checkout. Even there is duty of staff at the reception if they want me to leave the room by 11 they should call but they call mw on 11:58 and by the 12 i was at the counter.

Our stay was ok , nice and warm , the mattresses were too soft, the bathroom could do with a refurbishment as too many cracks in washing bowl, the tub, and the toilet. The ceiling light was only one working as the other part was missing. No main ceiling light in the bedroom, only three table lamps were available. As position was very convenient as tram station was extremely close .

Very good hotel in Vienna

The ac had a big noise, they did not even care on changing the room,

Everything was great except the staff at the front desk. 1. On arrival, they allocated a wrong room. I had booked a junior suite and they allocated me a lower grade room. 2. When asked they allocated me another room stating that this is a junior suite which it wasn't 3. Then instead of an upgrade they offer to cancel the whole booking, if I am unhappy. 4. Overall the front desk experience was quite bad. 5. Dining and cleaning staff were good.

The staff members were very kind and nice.
