Living in Dubai made my hotel standards very high! Visiting Ritz-Carlton Astana was nothing but pleasant. The hotel staff was extremely polite, helpful and caring. The rooms are very clean, well designed. Location is beautiful, magnificent. I highly recommend everyone trying this experience. In my opinion it is definitely in top of the best lets say downtown hotels around the world!

My stay at The Ritz‑Carlton, Astana was nothing short of exceptional. I also appreciated the reliable free Wi‑Fi, excellent air‑conditioning, and the overall quiet, serene atmosphere throughout the property. The location is perfect — right in the Esil District, close to major landmarks like the Presidential Park and easily accessible from main roads . Overall, The Ritz‑Carlton, Astana exceeded every expectation. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel delivers an unforgettable experience. I would return in a heartbeat.

I did not stay at the hotel. Passing by, I decided to enter for a cup of coffee in the bar. The choice of menu and prices on strong drinks, snacks with natural black cavior were impressive and put of my daily budget 😄..Finally, I had just ordered the classic espresso, served with a glass of water and a biscuit. Then, I added a small piece of chocolate cake, with logo of Ritz Carlton, a lion's head with a crown. The interior was welcoming, the staff was polite and friendly. Total check was for 4 K in tenge, around 7 euro. Thanks
