Internet adequate but only just. Host was excellent and helpful prior to and following arrival. Would definitely use again when returning to Zagreb.

Easy to find, easy walk to the bus station and easy walk (or tram) from the train station (for tram/bus tickets I recommend using the official moj ZET app). Didn't meet the host in person but his communication was excellent, key in a lock box, all very easy. Room itself was surprisingly nice, obviously recently refurbished. Spotless, comfortable, nice hot shower. WiFi not super strong but OK for basic use. For a solo traveller it was a great room. Happy to recommend and would stay again.

Amazing stay! Although we here for one night, Oliver made it feel like home! Perfect recommendations, super close to the train stop to go right into city center and right next to the bus station for any long term bus rides/flixbus. Highly recommend, perfect rooms with a comfortable bed, bathroom super clean. Water pressure and all was amazing. 10/10!!

Excellent accommodation, very close to train and bus stations, but in a lovely quiet location. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with everything that we needed. Very efficient air conditioning which was a must with the weather being so hot during our stay. Oliver was very knowledgeable and helpful, would not hesitate to stay here again

No parking and we had to search the street although the host helped but parking was an essential element for us.

As a solo traveller I usually aim for a 3/4 star chain hotel, so as a 1st experience of a guesthouse setup I may never look back, it was clean and accessible even though I arrived late, the room was everything I would expect, close to the tram & bus station, Oliver was a wonderful host and, if I get back to Zagreb I would stay there again

Very clean and comfortable room, close to bus station , owner was quick with replies also let us store our bags early morning before checking in.

Oliver the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms were functional and clean and good value for money. The rooms are located close to the tram lines and we had easy access to see the sights of Zagreb. There we lovely little bakeries nearby where we could get breakfast. All in all an enjoyable stay

Great place to stay for a solo female traveller as I didn’t want to stay in a hostel and it was a very reasonable price and I felt very safe. Helpful location for the bus station but was easy to get round Zagreb. Lovely room and bathroom. Very helpful and friendly service :)

I am very satisfied for my staining. The room was ready when I arrived. Oliver was very friendly and explained me how to get to places. The room was clean and renovated. The place is very close to bus station

Nice and cozy. Walking distance to main bus station. easy communication with a host Oliver.

Oliver met us at the property and explained how everything worked there. The room has nice touch with chocolates. We have a rental car and parked at the space in front of the property. We got a parking ticket and Oliver said he would take care of it.
