The price is reasonable considering its location near the lake and the old town. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly.

The location is not far from Hoa Kiem Lake, with many restaurants nearby. It's also close to bus travel agencies, connecting to Sapa, Ninh Binh, and other destinations. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. What impressed us most was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful with genuine hearts.

Hotel is good, breakfast also good. Except there is a noice came from construction next to the hotel even after 6pm

The hotel is located on Tran Quang Khai street, it's very convenient to take a bus, I booked a bed for 4 people and got a spacious and comfortable bed, the bathroom was clean, the room was also spacious, the receptionist was gentle and very enthusiastic. Overall, it was very ok. Next time I come back, I will continue to stay at this hotel.

Everything ok but check-in takes a bit long

I think, people should not stay at this hotel, the staff is not enthusiastic, not affable, does not support luggage for guests, seeing passengers taking luggage watching and laughing, working unprofessionally, shouting um Breakfast, eat some breakfast, ... A 03 star hotel can't believe it. Crime for business owners to pay for such staff. Frustrated for male guests to visit.
