The hotel staff were really helpful. Our room’s bidet was broken, and they immediately moved us to a new room, which we really appreciated. The facilities were great, and the location is close to many amenities. The only downside for us was that the room felt a bit cramped for three people. If you’re traveling as a couple or solo, it’s a great place to stay.

I love the location, just a second to the nearest subway station, near Dotonbori tourist area. For the room, it's quite small but still okay and comfortable with hot water and free amenities.

The location is very strategic. 2 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi station entrance and 4 minutes walk to Shinsaibashisuji. Even tough We share bed with 2 kids, it is still convenience. It was quite hard to find a shared bed room and Vessel Inn provide it. They have a lot of amenities in the lobby that you can take for free. The room will fit 2 big luggage since it is quite small, yet it is quite big for japan standard. All in all, I recommend you to try this one.

I feel very impressive for their service mind, but the room space was limted from cost per area. The cleaning has to request. ANYWAY, they provide the pajamas and renew towel everyday. Very memorable moment.

The location of the hotel is very close to the station, the hotel rooms are also very clean and modern and close to cool tourist areas! All hotel staff are friendly. Food has many choices and is delicious. Thank You!

In the location of the front exit mrt.kamar room according to the size..breakfast a lot of guns .. but there is welcome drink all day.teg.kopi. Cocacola and others.
