Clean room and friendly reception,good value for money and good location close to high street

Staff were great, rooms and decor a bit dated but clean.

During my stay the whole of Tunbridge wells had no water. When I called the team in the morning, they explained the situation (out of their control) still managed to get breakfast together for guests. They apologised profusely and communicated well about the situation so I could figure out what to do with the day. Then they honoured compensation for the night. A difficult situation with excellent customer service.

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel was in a very good location, easy walking distance from the town. We had a lovely twin room, which was very warm. We were greeted by a lovely lady, but all staff were great. The breakfast was delicious. We would go back.

Everything I needed for a short stay.

This was a 90’s throwback. The decor hasn’t been touched since sponging paint and patterned borders. It needs SO much work. The guy on reception was clearly unhappy in his job and lacked customer service skills. The breakfast was ok but I had cold tea and no selection of pastries. The room was however very big and the location is ideal. I paid over £200 for 2 nights .. this is a shocking price for s very run down hotel. No lift access either so up 4 flights of stairs with a bad leg . I could go on about it but won’t. Definitely won’t return unless it has a makeover and a new receptionist

Large room, clean and quiet. Cooked English breakfast was superb with lashings of hot tea. Staff nice and efficient.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel is looking very tired inside.

Im gutted i only dtayed one night. Loved my room. Only negative was my room was on the top gloor and i have a disability. My own fault as I didnt mention when booking. Breakfast was simply amazing, traditional full English served perfectly.

I went without high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Room was comfortable and clean, facilities good and the breakfast was excellent.

Well situated hotel near the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Easy check-in, comfortable room.Small car park, which fills up early but once you realize it, parking is available on the main road nearby. The full English breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within 5 minutes walk for something to eat or drink in the evening.
