I enjoyed this very traditional Japanese hotel. Rooms with tatami mat and futon so comfortable. Clean and all amenities. Large Bath was excellent. I’ve booked another night in a few weeks on my way home!

Very nice staff, with a clean japanese style room and a great view of the river.

The hotel itself is a little old, but the Japanese style room was still beautiful and the futons comfy. We enjoyed the bath downstairs, too. A nice stay!

Great value for a nice, simple hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. Our room faced away from the river (we hadn't booked one with river view) but it was nice to have a little balcony sitting area anyway. The river view would probably quite beautiful. The only downside was that the parking was half a block away and had a surcharge, but that's listed in the hotel details and wasn't too inconvenient. Also, though there is air-conditioning, it is centrally controlled for the building. It was a comfortable temperature, but a bit warmer than westerners are probably accustomed to. Convenient location, but many "massage" parlours for a couple of blocks surrounding.

Environment is good to stay. Room is clean. Breakfast is served.

大浴場の設備が貧弱過ぎる

今回設備の臨時メンテナンスと言う事で、対岸にある姉妹館『リバーサイドホテル松栄』での宿泊になりました。事前に連絡を頂いてたのでスムーズにホテルに到着、部屋もアップグレードしていただき快適に過ごせました。

風景優美，浴場整潔，房間古樸。 缺點只有一個插座不方便充電。

施設が古いので設備が旧式なのは仕方ないけど、4、5人用の部屋が一人で使えたのはよかった。

スタッフの対応が良かった

設備は古さが見られたが、清掃は行き届いておりスタッフもすばらしかった。

金額ほどの質感でした。接客は非常に気持ちよかったです。高知朝市に行くのに少し歩きますが 立地条件としては悪くないかと思います。 お風呂は大きくて良 フロントの冷房良 バイクはガレージ保管

金額的相応以上でした。

友達との高知旅行に利用させていただきました．川沿いの場所にあり，川側の部屋を予約しました．景色が綺麗でとても良いお部屋でした．繁華街も近く，ひろめ市場も歩いてすぐです．日曜市も歩いてすぐなので観光にちょうど良くおすすめです．小さめですが，大浴場もありますよ．外で飲み食いして，あとはお風呂と寝るだけ！の感じならコスパ100点です．

旅館の方の接客がすごく良かったです。

スタッフの方みなさん、とても感じがよく、施設もキレイで、快適に過ごせました。 和室に泊まったのですが、川の眺めも良く、情緒あるお部屋でよかったです。

廊下がイカ焼きの匂いがして、部屋までイカ焼きの匂いだった。 もう少し清潔感がほしい。 接客はよかったです。
