Lovely stay in this apart-hotel. Clean well equipped rooms with great access to the tram network, giving access to Athens & Piraeus in about 40 minutes. Nearby supermarket and taverna gave easy eating options. Will definitely use again.

the property is very noisy especially if you have your room windows and balcony facing the marina with no double glaze on the windows so we had to sleep with earplugs and I believe the owner is aware about it as they provided it. property has free parking and tram stop just across the road which was a plus. unfortunately staff didn't go far and beyond our expectations, even room cleaning needs to be asked for, wouldn't return

Older property, feels more like apartment building then hotel

Clearly a significant smell of cigarette smoke in the building lobby area that permeated the hotel. The rooms are a fair sized and clean but as an efficiency, they are missing toasters.

Clean and spacious. The rooms facing the street /marina are quite noisy throughout the night. The location to the marina is the best. Many restaurants to choose from in the area within walking distance. Not much shopping opportunities if you are looking for that.

Good value. Large apartment. Comfortable bed.

We had a great stay in our 2 bedroom suite which is hard to find in this area for that price!

Friendly Staff, tram right across the road, beaches in both directions. Road noise can be a little loud but bearable

Fridge didnt work, shower hose blew up and couldnt get a proper shower. Manager let us use another room for shower only. Bewarey of this hotel a lot of things are old and out dated

Perfect sized apartment for our family of 4. Pros: Large living room, equipped kitchen, huge balcony, 1 1/2 bathrooms, proximity to tram, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF Cons: Road noise, but the triple paned glass blocked out 99% of the sound. Apartment needed some modernizing but no surprises as that was stated in all the reviews. Would definitely return!

Clean and as expected. Little away from tourist crowds and sites. Residential neighborhood. Friendly gricery nearby. 24hrs food place nearby.

We stayed twice here, 2 nights in a basic apartment before our sailing trip and 1 night afterwards in a premium apartment. The location is great for the marina and I’d pay the extra for a premium apartment as the basic one is very basic! The premium apartment was much more tastily decorated, had better quality furniture and bed linen and a coffee machine! Both apartments were clean. The concierge and check in was great, we could leave our luggage until the boat was ready and similarly we could leave luggage until our rooms were ready when we came off the boat. On our last stay our room was ready early so we could check in straight away and had an upgrade to full sea view. The downside is the road outside is like a 3 lane motorway and is so noisy 24/7. The tram and bus stops are opposite too but that does make it handy for catching the local transport into Athens or the airport. You have to cross the busy highway to get over to the marina. The double glazing in the basic apartment does nothing to block the noise but the quadruple glazing in the bedroom in the premium apartment did make a difference to the noise levels. Ear plugs are provided though we didn’t use them. Would stay again if using the marina but book the premium.

Needs renovation. Serious road noise. 19" TV!!!! No water pressure.
