We arrived just before midnight and check in was easy as we check in before. Quick room key by doing it yourself. Highly recommend

Great central location. Rooms are nice. Staff is courteous. Only thing, we won't recommend is having breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is costly and options are very less. Rest all was excellent 👌

Did the job with comfortable beds. Breakfast is overpriced for what it was, but you can skip it and stop in a nearby bakery instead.

Good location for centre, helpful staff

We unfortunately booked this property thinking it was the bigger hotel and had paid in advance so there was nothing we could do. The room we booked was very small we couldn’t fit our luggage and the bed was very small for a couple. Mark went above and beyond to make us comfortable and moved us to a bigger room. Overall our experience was good but the customer service from Mark was outstanding.

Easy self-checkin station (no reception desk) - easy step-by-step. 1 parking garage on-site (fee) and parking garage next door (fee).

This is a bed and breakfast so expect a room smaller than hotel. That said, the room was nice ,clean and conveniently located to city center. Great breakfast.

Very clean, modern hotel. A few things were not too clear. We didn’t know where to park and finding the WiFi information was not too clear but a nice place. We’d go again.

I think the amenities and hotel room had all the basics. It is ok for a 3 star hotel. The staff were polite and customer service was good. The room we stayed in however had a few issues, 1) toilet flusher kept coming off the wall but his was fixed after informing the receptionist. 2) Air- Con was not working even though asking receptionist to fix. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay for the price you pay.

It was centrally located and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good too. The bed was very comfortable but I would have preferred proper hanging space for my clothes. The one thing I really disliked was the lack of a bedside table for a glass of water, book etc

Charly's was a great hotel. It has a large common area and the staff were very friendly. Easy check in and check out. Very easy going place to stay. We played a game of pool. The room was big and clean. Definitely we would stay again.

Comfortable rooms. Great location, close to rail station and city centre.
