The Wi-Fi was terrible, awful. The staff were okay.

The service attitude was poor; they ignored guests' requests for room cleaning even though the day was over.

The room was nice and well-equipped. Comfortable for a group of friends. It's a little far from the town center, but you can still appreciate the beauty of Sapa ❤️❤️. I'll definitely come back when I have the chance.

The staff are friendly, but the soundproofing is a bit poor; you can clearly hear the sounds from the upstairs rooms. The view is nice. Note: Avoid eating at the expensive and unappetizing restaurants in the surrounding area. It's better to find restaurants that suit your taste and travel about 1km into the city center for a better dining experience.

The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms were also clean and tidy. My friends and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all during our stay because the staff didn't pay too much attention to us. The hotel is also not too far from the city center. I recommend everyone try renting a room here! The prices are also very reasonable!

Good choice and location to sleep in Sapa. The location is good, 1 KM to Sun Plaza, but you can enjoy many of restaurant and shop on the way to go there. the service is good, viee is good even when foggy.
