Nice and welcoming staff

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, I was surprised by the $50 per night parking fee, as it was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. Fortunately, I was able to find a more affordable parking option nearby. The breakfast experience was disappointing. The area was not well maintained, and there were very limited food options available. Greater transparency regarding parking costs and improvements to the breakfast service would enhance the guest experience.

The room was not very accessible due to strange staircase placement but there were rooms that were visibly accessible if needed. Other than that everything was great for the price we paid. I would likely stay here again. The parking garage is VERY tight parking spaces but if you book in advance there is parking.

The free breakfast was gross as the area was not clean. The property was not great.

Needs separate air conditioning

I was very apprehensive when I read the negative reviews, but it was fine. Decent room, clean, comfortable bed, included breakfast was fine. The on-site parking was good. Yes the property is dated and worn, decor is dark, but overall I was pleased with our stay.

Breakfast wasnt good, for protein they only offer boiled eggs but sometimes they don’t even have them in display. When they did have them, some were raw. The room was ok, nothing out of this world; however, there were a lot of little malfunctions such as the bathroom light not working, and one of the outlets wasn’t working properly as well.

Hébergement bien situé et abordable. Nous avons eu une nuit tranquille. Le déjeuner buffet est correct sans plus. L’hôtel est vieux alors les portes avant ne fonctionnaient pas bien tout comme les ascenseurs. Nous étions au 5ième étage et nous n’avons jamais été capable d’utiliser l’ascenseur parce qu’il ne s’arrêtait pas à notre palier. Nous avons communiquer avec le service aux chambres pour nous aider à faire fonctionner le téléviseur et ils ont venus rapidement régler la situation. La chambre avait l’air âgée mais le lit était confortable et tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Le stationnement de nuit est sécuritaire maïs dispendieux. À recommander pour un cour séjour.

Oh boy, this is NOT a 3-star hotel as what was rated in Expedia ad. Very dirty room, heat not worked, bathroom filthy, wallpaper pealed off, Air-conditioning not worked, cannot access the dresser because there was no knobs, cannot access the fridge because there was no knobs, toilet bowl cracked, basic breakfast, worse yet is the parking is $45 /day, but never mentioned in Expedia. I want my $$$ back.

Our room was very cold. Staff were not helpful; they told us they fixed the heating, but did not.

It's affordable for a reason. The room I had was very old and outdated, but clean enough for an overnight stay. The installed wall air conditioner seemed to be broken so there was a floor model with a hose to the window instead - Very loud. The parking offered is expensive, so I parked in a covered garage a little up the street for a fraction of the price. The staff were very pleasant and the location is right downtown.

Pathetic breakfast, only protein was hard boiled eggs. Stale pancakes and stale baked goods. Room was good but go somewhere else if u want a actual breakfast.
