My reservation was cancelled prior to my arrival, after a 6.5hr drive. I then had to wait almost 30 minutes for the Duty Manager to “appear”, but that was after I was told I had cancelled the reservation. Them not realizing they were referencing the wrong booking. I was given an upgrade for the trouble, Thank you! But that I'm sure was because of the different reasons, and the long wait I had to endure. I then got to the room and there was hair on top of and under the top sheet, the blanket had crust all over it. I made no compliant. 5 stars for the location. The lady at the desk had too sour of an attitude Sunday morning when I went to extend, she told me I had to check out and then wait until 4:00pm to check back in. Luckily the very competent manger solved the issue and simply and most likely had her just check me out and back in. I wasn't expecting much. They have all my empathy and grace, though clean sheets would have been nice.
