Needs more items such as coffee and toilet paper and more pillows. Otherwise a fabulous place with a great view.

Good hotel . You will love the smart features

My stay at The Penthouse was enjoyable. The view made the room stand out from most rooms in The Hague. Since I never need a credit card, I don't own one. When checking in, this was kinda of a hurdle. On the Expedia website it said that a debit card would function too and that just a down payment would be enough, sadly enough the person behind check in was surprised and said that they Expedia clearly said that check in was with credit card only. Later home I checked and this was not the case. The employee said for this time you can pay the deposit with your debit card and get the money back later if nothing is broken. Which I was fine with. She noted down my details and I paid. After a pretty decent time of waiting, I finally got the explanation of how to go up to the room and how everything works, which was good explained by her. The room itself was nice. Everything was clean, the only thing that didn't look that clean was the shower head, it looked like it was stained pretty bad with calcium which could easily could be fixed in my opinion. Nevertheless, I had a good experience for one night.

I booked the penthouse over other places for one reason. The sky bar and the restaurant. my wife had knee surgery and we didn’t want to walk much so I wanted a place to stay with a good restaurant on site. I was told on check in the Restaurant had been closed a long time. The web site and Hotel.com site brags about the wonderful sky bar snd Restaurant. If it’s been closed “ a long time “ that’s a lie and false advertisement. We loved the unit but didn’t fit our needs.

Room was of excellent quality and had more facilities than one could expect of hotel accomodation. This, along with the reasonable pricing and excellent location beside HS station, meant that I had a very enjoyable 11-night stay at The Penthouse.

Good location, decent quality for price. Biggest benefit is how spacious the apartments are.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at The Penthouse in The Hague. It is just beside the Den Haag HS Trainstation and is easy to find because it is one of the highest buildings in the Hague. The appartment we lived in was spacious, practical and had everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), washing machine and dryer, comfortable bed and of course a fantastic view! You enter the building through the front entrance where there is a friendly receptionist. The staff were friendly and this place is in the top of the list next time we are in the Hague!

Nothing to complain about. Lovely apartment in a nice area, well placed for transport. Great view from the apartment, especially during a lightening storm.

Pros: close to train station and downtown shopping area with clothes washer and dryer and great view of ‘The Hague’ Room for Improvement: area is a bit ‘dodgy’ and the apartment finish is well below hotel grade.

We loved it so much decided to stay one more night.

Stayed on the 30th floor in the studio apartment, awesome views over the city. I think they are doing renovations around the building so unfortunately I listened to loud hammering and drilling from 8am both mornings. The room is very spacious and had a real quality feel to it, my only complaint was the bed was two singles pushed together and both nights I ended up fighting to not fall between them - they need fixing together!

We were in a car and did not like the location of the parking. The hotel did not check their reservations and thought I had not paid! They were wrong!

Studio was large with great view to the city from 29 floor. We like to cook meal at home and it was comfortable to do that in hotel. Food store located a few minutes to walk from hotel.
