When the property was new I’m sure it was beautiful. As it is not maintained at all it smells moldy, is dirty and not an adequate place to stay. The staff wears hospital scrubs so you feel as you are in a hospital, not a hotel. If the owners just gave the place a facelift and a good cleaning it could be nice. It may be too late for that!

Besides constant elevator issues on a daily basis, it was nice

One of my worst stay. Nobody assist you with baggage nor parking. Check in at 2 so you miss lunch. Toilets were dirty. Furniture is old and broken. Air conditioner was just a voice. Had a hard time to change my room.

We had a stay in this hotel previous year as well. At 2021 it was spotless clean all over the place and this is why we decided to come again. This time, that was not the case, when it comes to cleanliness. It pretty much matches reviews by everyone else (room wise). Pool area was clean, restaurant was clean, lobby was clean. This is important as well and these areas were clean. However, rooms were not so clean and if we didn't asked for cleaning on 6th day of our 12 night stay they would not clean them at all for full 12 night stay. By "cleaning rooms" they only change towels. We are mentioning this as on the reception they told us "rooms are cleaned every day". That is not true. In 2021 it was true. This year it is not true. This should really be improved, it is needles to mention that this must be improved. Back to nice things, beach area is clean as well and is taken care of very well. In addition to that, food is really great and there is always a variety of to choose from for each and every meal. We have noticed that there is a lot of people there coming up for 2-3-4 day stay, so they wouldn't notice if someone don't clean in that time. For longer stays, please take care of rooms and clean them more frequently. You'll have much more happy clients, since that is only thing that people are complaining about when it comes to this hotel. Overall this is one very decent place to stay at.

Beside the cleaning crew ignoring the sign on the door asking for our room to be made, everything else was good! Variety of food, great outdoor pool, close to beach and strip! Will come here again!

Friendly staff, great food, good view and nightlife the best

While on vacation, we stayed at the Ayvalik Çinar Hotel. This was a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. It is right next to the beach, and they have their own private seating area. The food we had was excellent, and breakfast and dinner were included in our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Tekrar tercih etmem, kendine ait otoparkı yok. Wifi çok zayıf. Odada sigara düşmüş çarşaf serilmiş. Kahvaltı orta seviye. Tv kanalları eksik. Konforlu bulmadım

The view was very beautiful from our room. The room was specious enough we were 2 adults and 2 kids. They provide us extra baby beds which was very nice of them. The hotel is beach front 3 mins walk to beach they have their own beach area with free beach seats. Free parking very convenient. Overall was better then expected. There were few minor issues. Room cleaning services was a little late even we asked to clean but they did it in the end. AC didn't work for a few hours then started working again. I recommend this hotel.

Güler yüzlü personel, temiz odalar, lezzetli açık büfe, tertemiz plaj, hızlı servis, dingin deniz… daha ne olsun.

Kalitesiz banyolar berbat temizlik hijyen yok

Berbatın daha kötüsü bir yer. Yemekler leş, otel kirli, banyo kötü ötesi berbat. Klimalar çalışmıyordu, mini bar dedikleri dedemden kalma dolay bozuk. Zaten gerekli şikayetler ilgili mercilere yapılacak ama aklı olan önünden geçmesin.

Özellikle otel çalışanlarının güler yüzü ve çözüm odaklı olması bizi memnun etti. Odalar genel olarak temizdi fakat ilk girdiğimizde duş gideri tıkalı ve duş hortumunun patlak olması sebebiyle sorun yaşadık fakat biz denize gidip dönene kadar hızlıca çözülmüş olması bizi sevindirdi. Lobiden de hemen ilgilendiler. Bebekli tatil yaptık ve rahat geçti. Havuzun büyük olması ve denize çok yakın olması harika, keyifli bir şey. Ayrıca kahvaltının zenginliğine 10 puan! ♥️

Das Essen war sehr gut, Personal war auch sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das einzige was mich störte war das Badezimmer, es war in einem richtig schlechten Zustand und nicht sauber. Aber ansonsten würde ich es schon weiterempfehlen

Lobi çalışanları çözüm odaklı , odalar temiz. Otelin beach kısmı gayet başarılı. Aile ile tavsiye edebileceğim güzel bir otel.

Otel karşılama güzeldi.Fakat odamız rutubet kokuyordu.157 numara.1 gece kaldık,ek şampuan vermediler.Minibar soğutmuyordu.Akşam sahildeki bar kapalımı açıkmı anlayamadık,ışıklar kapalıydı.Sanki gelmeyin der gibi...Garsonlar günlük elemandılar sanki.Üstleri kirli ve pek olaya hakim değillerdi.Kibarlık konusunda sıkıntı yoktu ama üzüldüm hallerine,üst baş anlamında...

Deluxe Superier odada Haziran ayının sonunda eşimle bir gece konakladık. Konaklamımız beklentilerimizin cok altındaydı ve tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Odaya yerlestiğimizde duş başlığının kırık olduğunu ve başlığın lavabonun üstünde durduğunu farkettik. Hemen resepsiyonu arayıp durumu bildirdik, birilerini yönlendirip sorunu gidereceklerini söylediler ancak sorun giderilmedi. Resepsiyona durumu en az iki kez hatırlattık ancak yoğunluktan dolayı ilgilenemediklerini söylediler. Yaz ayında denize havuza girip, otelde kalıp rahat bir duş alamamış olduğumuz için bu yorumu yapmaya karar verdim. Ayrıca, oda kapsamında odada bulunması gereken su ısıtıcısı, cay ve kahve servisi bulunmuyordu. Odadaki minibar (mini buzdolabı) çalışmıyordu dolayısıyla sularımızı 30 derece hava sıcaklığında soğuk tutamadık. Son olarak odada terlik bulunmuyordu. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Olumlu yorum yapabileceğim tek konu çalışanların güler yüzlü olması olabilir.
