Expensive, dirty hotel. There are many, many stains on the walls - including a disgusting yellow drip-stain on the inside of the bathroom door next to the toilet. I paid ¥25,000 for two nights due to booking through a third-party agent, and will never stay here again. The hallway smelled, and the bathroom in my room smelled like it had been freshly used. There are no power plugs near the bed, and no USB charging ports. Additionally, there is no hook to hang your clothes or towel in the bathroom. On a positive note, there is an electric kettle and microwave in the room which was very convenient.

Overall good hotel for short stay as I found the rooms are small and there’s no restaurant option as one of its cafeteria is under construction during my stayWhat I don’t like is that even no complementary water is provided in rooms. All other facilities are there. I also wish if there was someone who speak English at reception.

I’m kind of simple so enjoyed staying here for my business trip for two weeks. Very convenient location to many things including Sagamihara Station, food, shops, and USARJ.

Stayed here two nights in the first week of June. Relatively new hotel, very comfortable. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff were very good and helpful, highly recommend this hotel.
