Very clean place and the stuff behavior was amazing

The brand is heavily overrated and does not live up to expectations. The quality is below average, and the reception service is cold and unwelcoming.

This hotel is quite wonderful: the rooms are stylish and spacious with views of the river and hills; the staff were helpful and kind; the breakfast was delicious; and the hotel is conveniently located near the river, places to eat, and stores. I highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable and clean. Excellent Heath club attached with great indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast buffet prepared by Chef Aysegul is a delight and a separate section for Tokat specialities was a nice touch. Easy going and laid back; good for a female solo traveler.

It's a super-duper business hotel. Everybody knows it, so no difficulty finding it. Staff speak English really well, and proved very helpful in our efforts to get to our main object, the Ballica caves. Slightly awkward location, so car or taxi recommended. Gave us a great room.

Bayramın üç günü oda kahvaltı şeklinde konakladık. Aile suiti dört kişi için yeterli, ferah. Gerçi iki oda gibi bölünse daha işlevsel olabilir ama büyük bir sorun değil. Yeşilırmak manzarası gayet keyifli, kocaman camlardan izlemek güzeldi. Kahvaltı yeterli, personel ilgili ve nazik. Otel tarihi merkeze yakın değil ama bulunduğu bölge güzel. Nehrin kenarına çok yakın, bolca yürüyüş yaptık. Etrafta yürüme mesafesinde birçok restoran var. Otopark sorunu olmaması da artı tabii. Tokat'a yine gelirsek burayı tercih ederiz.
