Stayed here to have rest after 7 hours drive, so many challenges here! There is no U Turn for the venue, all closed it seems for safety reasons. The hotel is somehow outdated, no one answer the phone, no one reply back on my Travel App messages, the air conditioning was not working well, the reception hardly answering the calls, the rooms are old, kitchen is really in not good situation, the smell was bad inside the chalet, bathrooms need serious maintenance, TV was not working properly, TV and Satellite remote controls were not working, without battery covers and its auto-shutdown the TV. When we order dine-in/ in-room service, they ring a bill and no one was standing by main door, he keeps ringing and we keep opening the main door and nobody there! Strangely he was waiting by the patio door which we have no idea about, he wanted me to sign on receipt without having a pen, really strange! moreover, that door was not properly functioning. The breakfast was not ok! To ask for omelette egg we need to go inside the kitchen to ask for it and no one was standing by the egg or pancake corner. It was not good experience, I highly recommend putting efforts in doing huge renovations, train staff well on hotels, accommodations and public relations, and highlight proper outdoor signages for guests.

when i opend the fridge it was full ants 🐜 and muld so i was not able to use it at all villa was not occupied with 5 beds and i booked it in advance stating 5 person kids room was extremely cold which make them sick next day no assisting in carrying my luggage and when i asked they say you booked villa, your Parking is very close to your villa so "help your self"🙃

Breakfast is below average and not even clean or fresh!

No transportation at all and nothing to do there as there is no activities the food was less than average

- The swimming pool was dirty and there were no lifeguards all the time. in addition, people were allowed to swim after 8 PM. - The beach was very dirty. - No lifeguards on the beach. - No cafeteria/ bar to serve anything on the beach. we had to go out of the hotel to get things to drink while we were on the beach. - No shuttle bus to commute from the beach to the hotel or the other way around. - Staff are friendly but seems that management is not willing refurbish the hotel as it needs alot of things. - Kids play area is outdated and needs to be fixed or actually needs to be replaced.

While the property is beginning to show its age it is a nice place to spend some holiday time with a family. Very large property with many amenities. Food is ok but I did stay during the off season so the options were quite limited. Access to the beach is quite nice.

Excellent facilities, good for family. The breakfast can improve as some of the item such bread and bakery were clearly old.

Not bad experience., the beach area was not spacious enough for all , the chalet is little bit far from beach. The breakfast limited choices and not delicious. Actually the stay over all didn’t match my expectations .

المنتجع بشكل عام جيد ، الإيجابيات كثيرة منها الإستقبال الممتاز من قبل الموظفة سارة وشرح لأغلب خصائص المنتجع ، السلبيات بشكل عام عدم نظافة الغرفة يعني عادي تلقى أتربة على الأرض واغطية السرير لو توسخت ما يغيرونها لك والثلاجة ماتبرد. الشاطيء بعيد جداً عن الغرف وعن الشاليهات كذلك ، ممكن ٧-٩ دقائق من الغرف ولا يوجد وسيلة مواصلات إلا سيارتك الخاصة ، قبل سنتين كان فيه قولف كار توصلك والحين حطوا سياكل ودراجات بس بفلوس تقريباً النص ساعة ب ٣٠ ريال وبعضها ب٥٠ وترتفع حسب اللي بتستأجره. الكراسي قليلة بالشاطيء وكذلك الجلسات والمسبح جيد جداً لكن يعيبهم قلة الإهتمام والنظافة . الإفطار جيد جداً والطاقم لطيف. ما فيه أي سوبر ماركت داخل المنتجع ، يعني جب أغراضك معك. المنتجع بشكل عام يحتاج إدارة فعالة وترتيب ونظافة وتطبيق للملاحظات اللي ذكرتها وذكروها الناس بالتعليقات ، اسم كبير مثل راديسون بلو خسارة تكون مخرجاته زي كذا!!

It was less than my expectations

It is ok good and big room size , AC was very cold , service was disappointed against price, no hotel complimentary like towels enough water shampoo and shower gel . They have only 1 restaurants room service for dinner and lunch breakfast was good, and restaurant price very expensive some dishes was not tasty piza was excellent . House keeping need development. Cost was very expensive with disappointment service . They can do better it is minor things but make different . Yes swim pool was good.
