Good location but the hygiene of the room was horrible. Body hair on toilet seat, smelly towels that were old snd dirty, fresh blood stains on bed. Tv is only apps but who goes to México to watch tv.

KALI was clean and conveniently located near transit and amenities. We were able to walk or transit around downtown. The staff were nice and helpful. The complementary breakfast was good and provides lots of options. The room was tiny but enough to sleep comfortably. The only con was there was a lot of noise outside the hotel which was a little distracting.

The walls are not sound proof. You’ll hear your neighbors talking and babies crying.

Non Spanish speaker BEWARE. I had a terrible time here. They didn’t have rooms for us at the check in time. We had to wait 1.5 hours AFTER the official check in time to get our rooms. No one spoke any English (which is fine) but they didn’t even try to help out. They didn’t clean the rooms properly, didn’t give us the complimentary water. Even when we were paying for it, the service so delayed. They took ~2hrs to bring us water. Highly recommend NOT STAYING HERE.

The gyms threadmill was not working properly, it would shut down unexpectedly, and it could cause injuries. The wifi was not working properly, as it would be slow sometimes not allowing me to work properly. Staff was amazing and the food was very good.

Easy to get to using public transportation, the area is safe enough, and the location is ideal. The hotel it self , is not bad .. very small property. The food is good, and the hotel crew , are very nice .

Very clean room. Front desk staff were friendly and bilingual. Excellent breakfast. Located near a small restaurant and tienda. Relatively quiet even on the street (I was on the 4th floor). AC was OK. TV options were limited

Clean room, decent bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet was solid in our room. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great, but it was included. We had a room with a window to the courtyard and no natural light, which felt strange. Apparently there are a lot of hotels in Mexico City that are like this. We were only there for a couple nights, so it was ok. There may be other rooms without this problem. Right down the street from the free Museo de Arte Popular, which was wonderful!

Hotel was great. The front desk staff was amazing. We actually had an earthquake at 1am during our stay. The staff handled it very well and everyone was evacuated smoothly and safely. Would definitely stay there again.
