Staff was friendly

Travelled to Chennai for visa appointment. Good location. Pretty friendly staff. Great breakfast. Neat and clean room. Highly recommended for the stay near this area.

Room was unhygienic. The bathrooms were so stinky with a constant smell of ditch running underneath. The toilet and wash sink were yellow stained and were cleaned only upon request. Not at all qualified to be a star hotel.

Difficult to get the reception. Staffs are courteous. Room is well maintained. the only thing the smell of the room is unpleasant. TV and the water warmers were not working. The breakfast is delicious. For the price I paid, I am happy with the service.

Amazing hotel . I have stayed in many hotels in Chennai but this hotel Is absolutely worth the money . The staff are friendly and polite . It's in the heart of the city and breakfast is amazing . Best hotel if you want to go us embassy . Definitely worth it
